- Contractual necessity — processing your payment and issuing tax certificates
- Legal obligation — maintaining financial records as required by SARS
Data Minimisation
We only collect the minimum personal information necessary. ID numbers are collected only when a tax certificate is explicitly requested.
Anonymous Donations
You may donate anonymously. Anonymous donations will not receive tax certificates.

- HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Password hashing (no plain-text passwords stored)
- Account lockout after repeated failed login attempts
- Audit logs of all sensitive operations
- Role-based access control for administrative functions
